About

Who I am

I'm Ethan, founder of EDWORX LLC. I work directly with clients from first conversation through launch and ongoing support. The same person you talk to designs, builds, ships, and maintains your system.

My background is practical software engineering. I studied software engineering at Ivy Tech, completed a 6-month software engineering internship with Eduware, and have spent most of my time building real systems: branded websites, direct ordering flows, booking tools, Stripe and Square payment integrations, mobile apps, and admin dashboards. I have also built more advanced software systems, including GamePlay, a desktop application that uses custom computer-vision models and state-detection engines to analyze video-game footage automatically.

The work shown here includes real production systems and live working demos. If your current process depends on phone calls, scattered tools, manual updates, or third-party platforms, EDWORX can help build something cleaner around how your specific business runs.

How It Works

From working demo to production launch.

We start with a real working system, define the scope, approve the agreement, customize around your business, then launch and support it.

  1. 01

    Preview the System

Start with a working demo closest to your business: restaurant ordering, golf tee-time booking, admin dashboards, or another local-business platform.

    Working demo first

  2. 02

    Define the Plan

We map your customer flow, staff workflow, payment setup, admin needs, timeline, pricing, and support expectations.

    Business flow + requirements

  3. 03

    Approve Scope & Agreement

Before work begins, the project is put in writing: services, pricing, payment schedule, ownership, data responsibilities, and support terms.

    Proposal + agreement

  4. 04

    Configure, Customize & Review

EDWORX adapts the selected foundation around your branding, content, workflows, payment setup, admin tools, and customer-facing experience.

    Built around your operation

  5. 05

Once approved, the system goes live. Ongoing support covers hosting checks, bug fixes, small updates, production issues, and agreed improvements.

Why custom

Why custom instead of "just use Wix, Square, Toast, or another template?"

Those tools can be excellent defaults. Custom work makes sense when your operation keeps hitting walls: scattered admin tools, mismatched workflows, weaker brand control, or growth that outgrows one-size-fits-most software.

  • Ordering and booking flows can match how you run shifts, events, seasons, and staff handoffs.
  • Staff can work from one admin dashboard instead of stitching together scattered tools.
  • You keep the customer relationship on your brand instead of only inside a marketplace account.
  • The system can grow in phases instead of forcing a full rebuild whenever the business changes.
  • When something needs attention, you work directly with the person who designed and built it.
